Light, calm and precision

The Kaido Sushi Bar restaurant, with a Michelin Star, stands out for its minimalist design created by Mikiya Kobayashi. In this exclusive space, for only 10 diners, Coverlam technical porcelain in a large 1200x2600 mm format, inspired by Blue Stone, has been used for floors and wall coverings.

The worktop, made with white Coverlam Top, provides high resistance to heat, cuts and stains, guaranteeing functionality, aesthetics and hygiene in a highly demanding culinary environment.

Safe surface

The worktop was made with white Coverlam Top Basic, a choice that responds to both aesthetic and functional criteria. Thanks to its low porosity, the technical porcelain surface is highly hygienic, ideal for contact with food.

In addition, it resists cuts, impacts and high temperatures without being altered. Its visual sobriety and technical performance make this sintered stone the perfect solution for high-demand professional kitchens.
