Architecture in motion

Sense 100 redefines the urban landscape with a dynamic and sensorial architectural language. The arrangement of the floors generates generous balconies that seem to undulate, providing rhythm and fluidity to the façade.

Coverlam, with its lightness and resistance, enhances the minimalist aesthetics of the project, allowing large continuous surfaces without overloading the structure. The building invites a constant dialogue between space and movement, offering a new reading of contemporary architecture in its environment.

Casinha's dance

The Sandra Micaela Casinha Architects studio designed Sense 100, a building that is committed to sensory dynamism and formal fluidity. The alternation of volumes creates balconies that "dance" on the urban landscape, generating movement and lightness.

Coverlam contributes to this perception, providing a resistant, continuous and visually light envelope, which enhances the idea of a building that does not remain static, but actively dialogues with its environment.
