When I arrived at Grespania, almost 20 years ago, I had no idea how much growth I would have, both professionally and personally. In the finance department, every day is different: from analyzing figures to coordinating with subsidiaries and external advisors. I started as an operator, rose to assistant manager, and am currently head of department, a role that allows me to lead a committed team passionate about their work.
