Fran Silvestre designed Villa 95, an architecture of pure lines that adapts to the landscape of Sotogrande and merges housing, light and nature.
Skyline architecture
Villa 95, designed by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, sits in Altos de Valderrama, Sotogrande, a structure of pure lines that transforms the complexity of the plot into a serene and monumental experience.
Three elongated volumes are juxtaposed to open up to the light, frame the views, and enhance the connection with nature. The house extends precisely across the landscape, creating a sequence of living spaces, terraces, and viewpoints that make the surroundings an essential part of the project.
Pool with clean lines
The swimming pool at Villa 95 is conceived as a natural extension of the architecture into the landscape. Clad in Lucena White 120x120 tiles by Bellacasa, a brand of the Grespania Group, it lends a sophisticated, luminous, and timeless presence.
Its porcelain composition offers low water absorption, high resistance, stability against external elements, and minimal maintenance.
An ideal solution for wet and outdoor areas, where the non-slip finish adds safety without compromising on design.
