Coverlam Estatuario and Lyon technical porcelain structure a home that combines design, safety and sophistication in floors, stairs and countertops.
Elegance in balance
The structure of this home created by the LimaPlano Arquitectura studio has pure and minimalist lines. The flooring used outdoors is a high-resistance, stone-like technical porcelain tile available in different finishes, formats and thicknesses.
In this case, its non-slip version has been used through a structured relief that simulates a subtle stone carving. While on the terraces it has been installed in a thickness of 20 mm using raised paving, which helps water drainage.
Interior height
For the interiors, the studio selected the Coverlam Estatuario series in a polished finish, providing luminosity and exclusivity to the rooms of the home. Large-format sheets measuring 1200x2600 mm make up the interior floors and stairs that defy gravity in a perfect work of engineering.
For the kitchen island, which separates it from the living room, its version for Coverlam Top Estatuario countertops in 12 mm thickness has been used.
