Facade with character

The façade of the new building in the Otraparte Cultural Park has been covered with Coverlam Lava, a material that combines contemporary design and high performance. Its metallic finish provides sobriety, while its thin thickness reduces structural load.

Furthermore, its easy cutting and manipulation allow for agile installation even in complex geometries. Durable, resistant and easy to maintain, it is ideal for highly demanding projects.

Legacy in harmony

With the aim of preserving the legacy of Fernando González Ochoa, the Otraparte Cultural and Environmental Park is projected as a center of international projection. The design, by Vista Arquitectura and collaborators, creates a parallelepiped building that dialogues with the pre-existing House Museum.

The inclined proposal of the new volume respects the heritage scale of the environment and prioritizes green areas. The result is an integrative architecture that combines tradition, landscape and culture in a living space for the community.

Wrapping design

Inside the Otraparte Cultural Park building, Coverlam in large format has been the choice for all the floors and for the bathroom wall coverings. Thanks to its lightness and reduced thickness, it allows for clean and precise installation, even on existing surfaces.

Its large format reduces joints, facilitates cleaning and enhances visual continuity, providing a sober and elegant aesthetic. In addition, its resistance to wear and tear makes it ideal for spaces with intensive use and high traffic.
