With almost 37,000 m² built, the Metrópolis Commercial Citadel is renewed with a contemporary design with clean lines and sober surroundings.
For this transformation, full-mass technical porcelain tiles from the Stark series in 60x120 cm format were chosen, applied using a ventilated façade with hidden staple. This system not only provides aesthetic value and durability, but also improves energy efficiency, reducing air conditioning consumption by up to 35%.
Efficient envelope
The ventilated façade system represents an efficient and durable solution for the building envelope. Thanks to the air chamber created between the exterior cladding and the wall, natural circulation is favored, avoiding condensation and improving thermal comfort.
This system protects the structure against external agents, reduces stresses caused by temperature changes and provides a clean, contemporary image that is easily adaptable to new construction or rehabilitation projects.
