The rehabilitation of the “Literato” apartment recovers the Valencian modernist essence from a contemporary perspective. The Montoliu Hernández studio is committed to a large open space where light, cross ventilation and noble materials coexist in balance.
The technical porcelain tile, inspired by stone, provides naturalness and resistance to daily use, while Coverlam Palladium, present in the kitchen countertop and furniture, introduces an elegant contrast that enriches the dialogue between old and new.
