Efficient architecture
The Icheon-si Jungni-dong Administrative Welfare Center is presented as a benchmark in sustainable architecture. With more than 9,500 m² built, it incorporates a ventilated façade envelope covered with Coverlam Basic White, which optimizes thermal insulation and energy consumption.
Its light tone reflects solar radiation, reducing the need for air conditioning. Furthermore, thanks to H&CTiles technology, the building actively contributes to air purification by reducing NOx in urban environments.
