THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY OF GRESPANIA S.A.

Since Grespania S.A. was founded, the uniformly high quality of its products, plus efficient customer service and an environmental policy based on the reduction and recycling of industrial waste and effluent, have been the fundamental pillars of its activity. Now, Grespania’s management, committed to further improvement and to the continuing progress of these policies, has decided to put into place a management system based on the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001 and UNE EN ISO 14001 standards, undertaking to :
- Meet and surpass the quality standards demanded by customers, to ensure they are completely satisfied.
- Comply with all the regulations that apply to the pursuit of its activities of design and manufacture of floor and wall tiles, as well as all the applicable environmental legislation and the agreements in force in the ceramics industry.
- Furnish Grespania S.A. with all the resources it needs to carry out this policy, attaining the objectives laid down in it.
- Endeavour to make the best use of raw materials and natural resources, and prevent and reduce pollution, with emphasis on the recovery and recycling of the ceramic residues that are generated.

- Lead and promote continual improvement in the effectiveness of the management system laid down.
